Paypal Limited ? Here is Quick Solution to get Money Back !!

 If your Paypal account suddenly got limited...and you really needed that money back...!!
Here is the Solution what you can do:
>> Even your Paypal got limited, it still allow you to send refunds.
So what you have to do is contact recent peoples who have sent money to your limited account and tell them that you are sending refund. (You can send refund to peoples within 45 days of transaction )
Also tell them to make this payment on your other PayPal address as you having some issues with this account.
This way you will get your stucked XXX$ from a limited account to other account.
When your Balance is Zero, try your luck to verify this account with required documents, information.
